the licence you acquired is valid for only one website or presentation, e.g. Power Point.. For every use with another website or presentation, please acquire another single licence.

You can use this royalty free music licence for:

STANDARD LICENCE:
for broadcasting media (radio / tv / cinema etc.), physical media (CD / Videotapes etc.)
and theatre / stage (public events)

With acquiring a standard licence from us, you get a so-called "synchronisation licence". This means, that the licensed music has to be used together with pictures, text or audio-visual fragments and as an supporting element, not as the main part.

It is not allowed to create, sell or publish a product with our music as main part, e.g. a music CD od music video. It is not allowed to sell or publish our music as a sheer music product, even if you add own instruments or voices.

worldwide use permitted (broadcast, public performance etc.)

from the day of acquiration, the licence has no time limit

up to 500 units / copies
(only physical copies: DVD, CD etc.)

from 500 units / copies upwards...
If you are going to produce more than 500 physical copies, you have to buy the licence that fits your needs ( see the pricelist )

This licence does not apply to Commercial Spots for TV or Radio!!
You have to acquire an "advertising licence". (see pricelist)

the acquired licence is not transferable to other projects or products.
the licence you acquired is valid for only one project. For every use with another project, please acquire another single licence.

ADVERTISING LICENCE
applies on any kind of commercial spot ( tv / radio / cinema etc. )

you can broadcast the spot as much as you want.
